JdM would like to welcome new author Jenna Lo Bianco to the Agency, and announce that we have sold ANZ-rights to her first three novels – to publisher Alex Lloyd at Pan Macmillan Australia, in a deal negotiated by Danielle Binks.

Jenna Lo Bianco is a writer, educator, PhD Candidate, and advocate for Italian language education in Australia. And while she may appear to live in Melbourne, her heart and soul are Rome’s most permanent residents, and you can find out more about her ‘Italianist’ life on her Instagram account; @the.italian.teacher

On joining JdM, Jenna says; Being able to walk the literary journey with Danielle Binks by my side is both an honour and privilege. I feel safe, supported and continually motivated to strive for greatness by her guiding hand. Together, Jacinta and Danielle are a formidable and brilliant team, and I am so blessed to call myself a member of their very special JDM family.

The first of her three women’s fiction titles will come out with Pan Macmillan in 2024. On the sale of her three books, Jenna says; I’m beyond delighted that Pan Macmillan Australia has acquired three of my book babies. Knowing that they will live alongside so many bestselling and award-winning Australian titles is a dream come true. It means so very much that I have the opportunity to add my voice – an Italian-Australian voice – to the Pan Macmillan offering. Special thanks and endless appreciation go to my Publisher, Alex Lloyd, for his support and enthusiasm for my work. I’m looking forward to working with Alex and the Pan Macmillan team as we bring my little loved-up Italian worlds to life.

Heartiest of congratulations to Jenna and the team at Pan Mac!
