It its fifth year, the Danger Prize was relaunched to ‘honour books featuring Australia as a setting for stories about crime and justice’. In previous years the prize was awarded to to the best book, TV series, podcast or film about Sydney crime.
The winner of the Danger Prize receives $1000 and the Danger Prize trophy. The award will be presented during this year’s BAD Sydney Crime Writers Festival, a two-day live program running on 8–10 September at the State Library of NSW.
