Come behind the pages to discover how the stories we tell, real and imagine, help shape our sense of identity, belong and understanding, as individuals, communities, and as a nation.

Hosted by Yumi Stynes with a stellar cast of Australia’s talented YA writers including Danielle Binks, Sara Hagdhootsi, Will Kostakis, Jeremy Lachlan and Lili Wilkinson, in-conversation with Jenna Guillaume and Tobias Madden. This event for secondary school students also explores career pathways into books and publishing, and showcases an extraordinary interactive 360° film based on the life of Peek Wurrung Elder Uncle Rob Lowe and the importance of telling’s own story.
