Sandy Bigna loves writing, reading and talking about children’s and YA literature, and regularly reviews Aussie kids books over on her Instagram page @aussie_kids_books.

Her YA short story was published in The Opposite of Disappearing and their YA manuscript Exposed was shortlisted for the Harper Collins Matilda Children’s Literature Prize (2020).

Prior to that, Sandy was awarded two Varuna Residential Fellowships to work on their YA manuscript Scar.
