Julianne Negri

Julianne Negri was a 2018 recipient of the Australian Society of Author’s Emerging Writer’s Mentorship Award. In 2014 she was runners up in the Sisters in Crime Scarlet Stiletto Short Story Award and in 2015 was Highly Commended in the Southern Cross Short Story Award. She has worked as a content writer for State Library of Victoria’s Centre for Youth Literature website Inside a Dog. Julianne has been a musician, eco-crafter, has five children and currently works in a public library running youth programs. Her children’s novel Hattie Maxwell and the Library of Lost Words will be published by Affirm Press in 2019.
